Privacy policy

Snow AI builds and sells a family of apps: Documents, Campaigns, Sign and the rest that appear on this site. One account opens all of them. This page says what we collect when you use them, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign in. Sign-in is either a one-time code sent to that address or Google. If you use Google we receive your email address and name from Google and nothing else.
- The documents and content you create or upload in an app, and their version history, because storing them is what the apps do.
- Billing details, if you buy a plan. Card numbers are entered on and held by Stripe, our payment processor. We see the last four digits and the receipt.
- Delivery records for email an app sends on your behalf: whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam. We do not track whether it was opened.
- Ordinary server logs: the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. Kept for troubleshooting and security.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not buy, scrape or harvest lists of people. Every contact in an app was uploaded or collected by the customer who owns that account.
- We do not use your documents to train any model.
- We do not place advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies
Every Snow AI app keeps a few small things in your browser so that it works. One choice covers the whole family: make it once and it holds on every snowai.app address.
- Essential, always on. Two cookies on
snowai.apphold your session, so that signing in to one app signs you in to all of them; they carry nothing else. Your light or dark choice and, in apps that offer more than one language, your language. Display settings you choose in an app, such as a layout, a page size or a tip you closed, kept only in your browser. And your cookie choice itself, kept for twelve months. - Non-essential, on unless you turn it off. Snow AI Documents counts visits to its pages, to see which are read. It sets nothing in your browser for this and keeps no identifier past the day.
Choose Deny non-essential on the cookie bar to turn the non-essential part off everywhere at once; essential storage keeps working. To change your choice later, use the Cookie choices button at the foot of any page, or this one: HIPAA compliant
Where it is kept
Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States and encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sign-in through Google is handled by Google under its own terms. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can export or delete your documents from within each app.
- You can unsubscribe from any email a customer sends through Campaigns using the link in that email. Unsubscribing from one sender does not affect another.
- You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
