Terms of service

These terms cover every Snow AI app you reach through this site. Using an app means agreeing to them.
Your account
One account opens every app. You are responsible for what is done with it, and for keeping the email address on it one you control, because sign-in codes go there.
Your content
What you create or upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and send it where you ask. You must have the right to upload it and to send to anyone you send to.
Sending email
If you send email through an app, you may only send to people who agreed to hear from you, and every message must carry a working unsubscribe. We suspend sending for any account whose mail produces complaints, because one sender's complaints affect delivery for everyone.
Paying
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. You can cancel at any time and your access runs to the end of the period already paid. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep the apps available and your data intact, and we keep backups. The apps are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they suit a particular purpose or are free of faults.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. In either case you can export your content first, and we delete it afterwards as the privacy policy describes.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email. Questions go to admin@snowai.app. See also the privacy policy.
