How trials work
snowai.app/try is where every product can be watched and tried: watch it, sign in, try it for three days, then subscribe once pricing is set. Here is how the pieces fit.
One account, one login
You sign in once with the family’s login (email code, Google or Microsoft). The same account opens every app. Trials and subscriptions are per app, on that one account.
Trials are limited, not crippled
The core action always works: an invoice is sent, a PDF is signed, a recording is transcribed. Limits cap the amount (5 invoices, 10 minutes) and mark exports. Anything that would reach a real person runs in test mode.
A card to start, nothing charged
A card is needed to start a trial. Nobody is charged before the 3 days end, nor before that product’s price is set and shown to them. Cancel anytime. A reminder goes out the day before a trial ends.
One bill for the account
Pricing is being set: each product will have its own price. The account gets one bill, and 15% off every product from your 4th.
Never sold twice
Each product lists the capabilities it includes. The account holds each capability once: if Documents already gives Transcribe, a Transcribe trial says “Already in your account” instead of selling it again.
HIPAA, even in a trial
A trial is a real account under the same protected rules as a paid one: masked by default, and no health details, Social Security numbers or dates of birth in email, text, logs or file names. Example data in previews holds none.
